We are on a mission to offer solutions that save energy, increase customer profit and reduce worldwide pollution. To attain this objective, we are engaged in constant and parallel R&D activities and have developed five graphs such as liquor ratio (water saving), electric energy, thermic energy, volumetric and pollution. This enables us to have a control over the quality of machines and their eco-friendly nature. We have implemented stringent quality checking process in our facility to produce premium quality machines, which are in sync with the international product standards. We are an ISO certified organization and have achieved various awards for manufacturing an impeccable product range. Manufacturing Facility

We have set up a world class manufacturing facility in Gujarat, India. It is well equipped with latest and sophisticated machinery and has a capacity of manufacturing more than 25 machines per month. All the processes in the facility are streamlined to achieve optimum efficiency by avoiding wastage of resources. A proficient team of richly experienced professionals, with in depth industry knowledge, ensure our competence in the market. We are highly relied and trusted for our service and on-time deliveries.

Research and Development

Our In-House R & D unit is recognized by Department of Scientific & Industrial Research, Govt. of India. It employs the cutting-edge technology and has discovered breakthrough solutions in energy conservation. Our years of dedication and hard work, has resulted in reduction of thermic energy from 7 kg to 0.7 kg steam/kg of cloth and electrical energy is reduced from 30KW to 3 KW in high temperature fabric dyeing process. Further, our engineers have set targets to attain zero thermic and electrical energy by introducing specialized machines powered by Solar Energy.
